We handle every delicate piece with artistic care, from studio easel to your doorstep.
Shipping Rates & Timelines
We deliver across all pin codes in India through trusted courier partners (BlueDart, Delhivery, DTDC, India Post).
- Orders above ₹999: FREE Standard Shipping across India.
- Orders below ₹999: Flat shipping fee of ₹99.
- Ready-to-Ship Items: Dispatched from our studio within 24 to 48 business hours. Expected delivery in 3-5 business days depending on location.
- Custom Painted Garments / Commission Art: Handcrafted individually with 4 to 7 business days crafting time prior to courier dispatch.
Secure Art Packaging
Art pieces require delicate packaging. Every cloth flower bouquet is secured in a rigid gift box to prevent crushing. Painted clothing is wrapped in waterproof tissue and protective layers, and canvas paintings are encased in shock-absorbent multi-layer bubble packaging.
Returns, Repairs & Replacements
Because our products are individually handmade and often personalized to customer specifications:
- Damaged in Transit: If your item is damaged during shipment, please record an unboxing video upon opening and contact us on WhatsApp (+91 98765 43210) or email within 24 hours of delivery. We will repair, remake, or issue a full refund immediately.
- Custom Commissions: Custom orders made to your personalized specifications or portrait reference cannot be returned or cancelled once painting has commenced, but we provide progress photos for your approval before dispatch.
- Ready-Made Items: Unused, unworn ready-to-ship clothing items in original condition can be exchanged for a different size within 5 days of delivery (courier return fee applies).
