Guidelines for purchasing handmade art pieces and custom commissioned works.
1. Nature of Handmade Art
Every artwork and garment created at VT Arts and Crafts is crafted individually by hand without automated factory equipment. Minor variations in brushstroke texture, color hue, and petal alignment are natural characteristics of authentic artisan handcrafting and celebrate uniqueness.
2. Custom Commissions & Copyright
When you submit reference photos or ideas for custom paintings, you confirm that you have the right to use the reference image. VT Arts and Crafts reserves the artistic copyright to its unique creative interpretation and may display photographs of completed custom works in its portfolio unless you explicitly request a confidential gift NDA before painting begins.
3. Pricing & UPI Payment Verification
All prices are listed in Indian Rupees (₹ INR). When choosing UPI payment, orders will enter the "Payment Verified" crafting state once our studio administration confirms the 12-digit UTR reference against our bank statement.
4. Limitation of Liability & Care
Customers are responsible for adhering to garment washing and art care instructions provided on the product tags and website (gentle cold hand wash, no direct iron on paint, keep bouquets away from moisture and open flames).
